Been to this location couple times... Pleasant experience and at least they answer the phone lines when you call because the one on 79/AW Grimes NEVER answer their phones and they are absolutely rude in person.

I don't have an account with BofA but my payroll check is from there. I would like to say that I was greeted but I was approached in a very rude and authoritative manor by a thin lady in Maybe her late 30's or early 40's with glasses asking what I needed. She proceeded to do the Tellers job, even though she wasn't behind the counter. When she came back, she said that she couldn't cash my check. When I asked why, she said that they couldn't use the temp license I received from DPS a few days ago. The teller seemed puzzled as well. Needless to say I went to the location off of Highway 79 and they were extremely helpful. She verified my check and cashed it for me. I wouldn't not recommend this Bank of America off of Gattis School Road and Redbud simply due to the service in front of the counter as opposed to the service behind the counter.
