Love this company!!! The company and employees are amazing. From the call made to make an appointment for scheduling an estimate to to install two receptacles, to the completion, everyone was amazing. I was scheduled for an estimate very quickly and after getting the estimate which was very reasonable, I asked how long until I could get the work done and they said they could complete it immediately. The technicians were polite, respectful, clean and completed the job in a very timely manner. They even swept up from the work they had done and I dare say that my garage was cleaner after they finished working vs. how it was when they got there. I would not hesitate to call them again for any electrical needs in the future.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. In charge electric switches keep going out in our 10 month old home. Pulte put in a work order to replace them all but in charge refused too. No one has heard of switches going out but apparently 5 of ours going out randomly doesn't cause them concern. They only care about their bottoms line and don't stand by their product or service at all.

Sloppy... When you pay a company 4 figures to do a job, you expect some pride in their work. I guess they don't mind making multiple trips and wasting gas. The first picture shows the whole box. I will be cleaning this up. The second picture shows half the wires punched that should be (we paid for that 'upgrade'). We had them come out again to correct the issue. The last picture shows that when they re-punched the wires, they reversed some. They were going to come back for another wall plate, but we told them not to. They also were going to recommend a specialist to test the connections - why wouldn't they do that too? At least the wall jacks work.

Have used this company and many occaisons and also had them do all electrical on new construction homes. They show up on time, do the job right and have a great knowledge regarding what they do.

InCharge was the electrical contractor for our new home. I am giving them a low grade review because they delivered sub-par installation services for low voltage wiring. My home was heavily pre-wired, numerous ethernet runs and numerous speaker locations. Most of the speaker locations had about 6" of slack at the junction box with one location have no slack at all. Every other vendor will leave a few feet of slack speaker wire so you can actually install the speaker. One of the ethernet runs was damaged near the end during install. Instead of replacing it on a new home, they cut off the damaged portion that cut the cables and just wrapped up the section where the external casing was stripped. The pull ropes they leave in the conduits are a joke, they have virtually no slack and they left them tied around the tube so when drywall came in they were no longer accessible. I had to cut them out to remove them to get them out of the way. They had to come out several times to fix speaker locations and wiring set up during install because they would not follow what was drawn and stated in the plans. I had certain things wired a specific way to meet the needs of the system I have for the house, they adjusted the plans because they thought it was being wired strangely. Needless to say they had to come back out and redo their work and follow the plans. They way over charge for Klipsch speakers, you can get the same speakers they install for a couple hundred less elsewhere. I did like how they used Cat6 standard and the representative we met with to set up everything was very nice and very knowledgeable, there install guys are just not very good or just don't care. I am also not sure how they have an A+ BBB rating when 60% of their reviews are negative.
