Mark was my insurance agent for approximately 10 years (I recently sold my property in TX). Throughout that time I always felt comfortable and at peace about having the appropriate coverage for my property at the right price... thanks to Mark's expertise. I quickly learned that Mark would return my calls within a VERY reasonable time any and every time I had a question for him. His responses were prompt and I don't recall a single time that a situation was not quickly resolved, even when it was a simple matter of me not understanding something. He always took the time necessary to do a thorough job. As other people have mentioned, Mark has the ability to make a person at ease, and truly cares about his clients.
