He went to pick them up at lunch and paid (although I didn't think we should have to as they were not ready when they said they would be).
He returns later that evening to pick up our second order and this time, they charged us THREE times the amount for the 3rd lab coat as they did the first two- citing this one was longer- we have pictures to prove they're the same length. AND there was a stain on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off.
NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I do business here. This place is awful and a sorry excuse for a business establishment.
All this time the clerk is completely rude, even insulting me to my husband when he picked up my items. She offered zero assistance when things were not done as they should. And even if she truly had no resource- HOW IN THE HELL do you run a business with no manager support for your employees to direct complaints and problems?
absolutely AWFUL. My husband dropped off my two items (two lab coats) on Saturday. Our ticket said they would be ready Monday after 6p. I go on Monday evening, granted a little early to see if they were ready and they were not, not a big deal, she said they were running behind so I dropped off two more items (lab coat and blouse) and went to HEB. I come back at 6:15 and she says they're still not here. So I ask for my other lab coat back so I'll have one to wear to work the next day, to which the clerk replies that It's already been picked up. When I asked why my other two lab coats weren't delivered she tells me the date in the computer was changed despite what my date on my ticket read. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one available. When I asked to speak higher up she said there was no one. Obviously angry I left. I returned the next morning and the items STILL were not there. I was informed they would be ready after the 9:30 drop off. Her manager is still not there. About 30 minutes after I leave my husband receives a text saying the lab coats are magically available.
Had a great first experience with this location. They are conveniently located next to HEB, reasonably priced, and the service seems to be very good. I will use them again.
They lost 2 expensive shirts and refused to pay to replace them.
