My favorite liquor store. Friendly and knowledgeable employees have helped me on numerous occasions find the perfect beverage for everything from parties, special occasions to matching with something I'm cooking. You can even find some of those specialty food items your looking for.
Love the people..always ready to help with alternate solutions if out of your favorite beverage. My new favorite Spec's is the Marble Falls location..the lay out is wonderful! Nice helpful personnel there,also!
The Round Rock Spec's likes to price gouge. I purchase 1/2 barrel of beer on occasion and prices just increased from $126 after discount to $133 after discount with little explanation. The same Spec's store in Austin charges $119 after discount. After calling a manager, she explained other SPEC'S stores must have closer competitors which help lower the price. REALLY!?!? I guess a price hike on customers is just what they deserve for not having competitors in the area. I need to shop around again to find a better store! Customer service is decent but not at the expense of screwing the customer in other ways.
