Great atmosphere and service. Food..well ill say this...It's Chili's. Told the order was taking a little longer because they were waiting on fries. So the rest of the meal temp was cold and they fries were hot. I ate my meal so this isnt a huge delima!! LOL. All in all good and convenient there next to the outlet mall.
Poor service including other customers around us who were also complaining about slow service. Hamburger was dry and overall staff was not very attentive even though the plAce was half empty. Chicken pasta was good

As far as Chili's goes, this one was outstanding, during my visit on 31 July 2017. The young man that was my server was very polite, attentive, and happy. Just his attitude, alone, would have made the trip worthwhile. Thank you, Joseph M.!
After shopping at the outlets we decided to come to Chilis but the morning staff that worked were not attentive (10/23) We stoof waiting to be seated which never came. The bartender was rude when my husband asked him if anyone could help us. We left after we waited another 10 minutes. Not coming back again.
