Dream Vacations exceeded our expectations. Thank you Tiel for an amazing cruise. We were pleasantly surprised by the chocolate covered strawberrys and the on board cash credit. Also, the special gift you sent to our Son and Daughter-in-laws cabin for their 5th anniversary was above and beyond. Dream Vacations did all the work and we just relaxed and enjoyed the trip.
Tiel was a real life saver for me setting up a special one month European Vacation to England, France, and Italy. She quickly responded to all of the changes we requested and there were a lot of changes, like the number of days we would spend in different cities and the days for tours. My cruise organized by My Sweet Vacations to the Bahamas was out of this world. Tiel was extremely careful and detailed oriented while requesting the necessary paperwork so we wouldn't have any trouble traveling. She was also very helpful offering several options that we could be interested in or researching more on what we wanted. The welcome package offered while in the ship was a nice gesture from her. Tiel was already very responsive and offered the best guidance on every aspect of the trip. She only cared about getting us the best value for the price and I probably would have driven us to the airport if we had asked. we got a great room in the best building at the resort, and had a great time. We just got back and we have already reached out to her to help plan another trip.
Best and easiest travel agency I have ever dealt with to date. The prices were very reasonable for 4 adults and 1 kid to go on a 7 day cruise and the process was extremely easy. I told Tiel what I wanted and what I had to work with and she came back with a great deal and crazy low deposit. I had to extend my final due date and she worked all those details out for me. Our cruise was beautiful, our cabin was perfect with a wonderful ocean view. This was my first cruise and she walked me through everything and was willing to answer any and all small questions I had (no matter how small or indecisive). I would HIGHLY recommend her to book your travels with...when she says she will be there from beginning to end she means it.
