My dog has been experiencing stomach issues for over a week and we have been to our regular vet several times, but not been able to solve the problem. After and episode of lots of vomiting and diarrhea, we decided to take him in to Emergency Pet Care. All of the staff were prompt and courteous. They asked ample questions about his history and took note of all that was happening. Dr. Brooks was great. She took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening including the pricing of treatments and answered our many questions graciously. Treatment was quick and well priced. I never hope to have to visit an emergency clinic, but should I have to, I would definitely revisit this one.

We were turned away tonight with our rattlesnake bit baby boy because we were literally 122 dollars short on payment for the anti venom. We told them repeatedly we just needed to cash my dads paycheck and when we came to pick up our rusty boy in the morning we could pay the 122. They told us that unless we could come up with the 122 right then, that we would have to just take our dying dog home with some pain meds and wait for him to die. So here we are watching and waiting and praying for our boy because we were 122 dollars short of saving his life

The staff here is amazing. The prices are reasonable. If you need emergency veterinary care I highly recommend this place! They saved my babies life!

I had to bring my elderly dog here on a Sunday evening. He was old (almost 18) and was having trouble breathing and no longer eating/drinking that day. He was seen without a wait. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before Dr. Senthirajah came to tell me what was going on with my dog. He explained the condition and I had two options: expensive, intensive care or euthanize. He did not make me feel as though one option was better than the other, and whatever I chose was the right one. Due to the circumstances, I chose to euthanize, which was still a heart-wrenching decision. They explained the procedure so I would know the process beforehand. I was able to stay with my dog until the end and didn't feel rushed to say our goodbyes. I'm glad I didn't wait until the next day to go to his regular vet and prolong his suffering. The care and understanding shown by staff is much appreciated.

The staff was very helpful both times we've been here. Really appreciate all their help and care.
