Wes and his team were the utmost professionals. It was a pleasure and overall good experience. I will most certainly use their services again.
Went in because of an issue regarding my oil cap, Wes and his team were great and delivered outstanding service in a timely manner! Will definetly be returning any time I have troubles with my vehicle
We picked up the car (Free Diagnostic, which was nice) the next day and took it to a recommended transmission shop. After leaving it there for the night it turned out to be a wiring problem they found right away and fixed for less than $500.
I do all the servicing on my own vehicles. But if I'm ever having trouble diagnosing Wes and his guys are the only place all bring anything. Very honest and very straight forward. They aren't looking to up sell only to help. If there ever is anything I can't do in my own garage I know I can trust them to do it for me.
At the end of the day, I hope that the mechanics were just unintelligible rather than trying to make a quick buck off a lady who they thought might not know any better.
I do not recommend this shop. My mother went there needing her check engine light (related to the transmission) to be fixed in order to renew her registration. The place did not exude confidence as the manager did not know the difference between the trip meter and the odometer in the car.
Jason Williams and team were fantastic. As a customer it's important to me to know that if you provide a service that you keep me informed, with honesty and integrity, you do quality work and you give me a fair price. In all of those categories Jason and team hit it out of the park. I've been an AAMCO customer now for a number of years now and will continue that loyalty for as long as I have a car. Thank you team for the great work.
Fast Forward, two days and we have yet to receive any word on the car. Finally, after reaching out we get a call the next day. We were informed that there was an "internal problem" with her transmission. The options presented to my mother we're a transmission rebuild for $3.5k or a full transmission replacement for $5.5k. The mechanics were also "afraid" to drive it. (Note: this car only has approx 75k miles on it and no drivability issues). No intermediary options we offered.
