Was looking at buying a new "used" vehicle. Nathan and his crew gave it a once over for me without hesitation. "No Charge" They were very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me a ton of options when it came to service of my other vehicles. Top notch service with a smile!!! Highly reccomend these guys!!
Love this auto shop. They are extremely honest and won't make you pay for service you don't need.
Took my car there to have them put brake rotors that I brought to them to install for my 93 integra and was in my opinion overly charge for labor (I almost felt like I got rim from behind), even if I just had them service the brakes themselves. Upon researching on YouTube how to easily take sticky rotors off I would have done it myself. Won't be taking any of my cars here for service thats for sure. Don't go here they will RIP YOU A NEW ONE!!
I had an oil change done here. They were fast and professional but unfortunately I had to remind them about topping windshield fluid and also to check the tires' pressure (as I was getting a low tire warning AFTER I left their shop). Now, after using the wipers a few times I have to say they used tap water, why? Because anywhere the "fluid" just dried up and didn't get wiped, it left white marks just as the ones the water around this area leaves when it's not softened. I just don't understand why would you say you did something on your invoice but not do it and use products in your customers' vehicles that will end up damaging their system. I do not recommend this place.
I took my BMW 330i for inspection on Saturday (01/21/17). They told me my power steering fluid is leaking and it needs to be fixed for inspection. I asked them how much it will cost and they told me $1500. When I took my car to my regular repair guy (Lindsey Bimmer) he looked at the problem and found my cap is broken and fixed the issue for $10. He also mentioned BMW power steering fluid leak is a rear issue for a 10 year old car. I took my car back to Driver edge for inspection. This time they told me I failed inspection again. They told me I failed emission test and it will take $150 to check emission failure. So, I came out of the store and read the report carefully. In the report it clearly stated I passed emission. I decided to take my car to "Jiffy Lube" the same day and I passed inspection. My understanding is Drivers Edge failed me again because I did not fix the power steering fluid leak the way they suggested. They also lied to me about emission failure. Be aware of these guys. DO NOT DO ANY REPAIR WORK WITH THEM WITHOUT CHECKING WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS. I WOULD HAVE SPENT $1500 FOR A $10 WORTH OF FIX.
