If I could give them a Zero stars rating I would. I visited this location for the 1st time 2 days ago and came out with deep gashes to one of my rims after going through their conveyer wash. Filed a damage report and was contacted by the owner the next day and advised they can't do anything about it because their video system doesn't show anything from that angle and their tire clean machine has not been operational. After telling them I may have to seek legal advice, he just responded "I have lawyers too". Zero attempts to own their mistake or make good on any type of customer service. It's obvious my damage was caused by their wash facility but because there is no video evidence I am out of luck? And they made it clear that they are ready to lawyer up? Something tells me this is something that they normally get complaints about and easily handle in this way.
There sales pitch is OIL CHANGE AND 15 POINT CHECK !!!
Dont get me started on tge car wash ... its good at best ...
BUT THEY WONT EVEN DO HALF OF THOSE CHECK... They will check the easy stuff well not even that because your tire pressure wont get check.
I lOVED getting my car washed at Mr. Clean Car Wash. My husband and I went on a road trip for the Eclipse with our two dogs, and, unfortunately, one had an accident in one of the seats. I called around and they were the absolute best priced for taking care of it - $25! I was blown away as I had just called Karma Car Wash across the street, where they were going to charge me a $200 surcharge on top of the cleaning fee. The staff is friendly, fun, and professional. I had a great time chatting with Cathy, the receptionist, as I waited for my car to be done. She made sure my car was perfect before I took it home, and even caught something that was missed during the cleaning. Reasonable prices, great staff, and fantastic quality - I highly recommend Mr. Clean over anyone in the area.
If you arent there to make sure it gets done they wont do it...
Friendly staff, the wait is a bit long at times to get a wash. I highly recommend the "fast pass" monthly "subscription" I do the silver for $30/month and I can come everyday if I want. it's a really convenient location for me.
They do a thorough job cleaning the vehicles inside and out, yet still get the job done quickly. They have friendly and helpful staff members. Will definitely take my vehicle back to Mr. Clean.
In Closing
I upgrade to the shine wash and tgey counldnt even vacume the back part of my SUV... I wish I could post a picture. THIS PLACE IS GARVAGE !!!!
If you are getting an oil change stay and make sure they do it right...
Update: mildew & or mold on the scrubbing / spinning cloths... you can smell the mildew / mold very easily. These surfaces need to be cleaned or replaced asap!
