It seems a lot of reviewers are a bit intimidated about being in a higher end place, but honestly the service I received here was par none. I had no fewer than 3 associates help me find ties at first, and I was so impressed with the service and advice I was given that I ended up purchasing two suits. I was extremely satisfied with my service and with the prices of the suits (only 499 for two very nice suits), and would definitely recommend this location to others. Don't be afraid to ask for help!
I use to shop here frequently, but then this brooks brother store stopped caring petite sizes. No problem, they still had shirts, suits etc for my husband. I went in there yesterday and was assailed by plug in "air freshener " odor- the place reeked. I bought a woman's top, but returned it today because it smelled of the "air fresheners"... i was told by the saleswoman that other people liked the smell... good for them. I'll never shop here again... Their clothes stink, litterly.
I had a great experience going in here for the first time. It was good quality items and there were so many options to choose from. The associate that helped us, Will, was incredibly friendly and very helpful! It made for a great experience and I would return again for sure!
Ok deals ,they treat me different when im in my work attire as apossed to my street attire....
I get it. It's a factory outlet, and I suppose with Brooks Brothers that's the difference between service or no service. I was literally the only person in the store, and the staff chose to just stay behind their counter. As a result, I didn't buy a suit. I was totally prepared to spend what I needed to for a good suit, but this store won't be getting that money.
