You have a wonderful staff. They made me feel like I️ was the only one in the store. I️ saw how they interacted with everyone that walked in. I️ don’t live in this area but I️ will definitely visit again. And I️ will also brag about your staff in my area. I️ live in San Benito, TX.
Saturday, Sept. 27th I was absolutely disgusted to the point that I walked out without shopping. While at the 3500 E. Palm Valley Blvd. location in Round Rock, Texas, it was the weekend the police discovered Colton Turner's remains, an employee and customer were openly discussing the mother as being a murderer and monster. There were many other wild accusations. Although I know it is not the position of Cato, I do feel that as a customer and member of this small community....it would be wise to educate employees on the sensitivity of the conversation....I'm sure it would be shocking to be a family member of the deceased or accused and walk in on that conversation! I was extremely offended.

I've been going to Cato's for years. Albeit true that sensitive issues should be limited to private conversations, I LOVE this store. The people are always friendly. And, almost every time I'm looking for that 'specific trending style' that other stores either run out of or when I don't want to pay $60 for something I would wear just for a fun night out, I find it within 10 minutes at Cato's. And, when I can't find it, the sales associates usually know exactly what I'm trend I'm referring to, making it possible for them to show me alternatives.
The staff were friendly and attentive. Nice shopping experience.
