If you need dependable movers, this doesn't seem to be them.
Called and spoke to Jonathan Douglas and had Austin Move Kings scheduled to pack up a POD at our house Nov 11th; even though we talked twice the week leading up to the move date, confirming the date and services needed - they were a complete no-show, leaving us with an empty POD sitting on our driveway that was to be picked up the next day. I've never heard back from him, even though I left numerous voice mails and sent numerous texts... I even was worried that they had possibly been in an accident or something like that, and expressed on one vmail that I hoped they were all OK and safe.
