I cannot recommend this clinic. While Dr. Jill is an excellent veterinarian, their front-of-house staff is another story. After I asked to speak with a vet, I was told that'd be fine. It wasn't. They were unprofessional on the phone. Immediately trying to put me on the defensive, and switching me between various staff members, they acted surprised when I had gotten frustrated. After explaining 3 times to different people that I needed a vet to call me back, which was initially agreed upon, I was getting annoyed. They focused on my "tone" which was merely frustration. The attitude they had was that "you better act exactly like we want or else". I do not trust that, nor do I appreciate their childishness. After the single call I made, I did not hear back. I will not be back sadly.

Absolutely best bet I've ever been to! Dr. Jill is amazing and so personable. She took great care of my Ella! First time Ella didn't freak out at the vets office.
I thought the vets and techs were great, 5 stars there. One thing I don't like about this place is that they offer cat declawing on their website. Also the front of house staff is curt, and they upsell shamelessly. This place should be called Animal Money Clinic. I don't need 982374 medications, xrays, products thrown in my face each time I visit. Gimme a break and get some people that aren't retail staff up front. Also, Fernando was condescending as heck.
