blocking the driveway and leaving their cars and walking to the school.
There is a blue Mazda car, a white car and a black jeep, maroon Suv and Trucks that constantly park along the cove, most of the time they block the drive way and get out. One parent just stays in blue mazada car, smokes somethING they smells like Marijuana wait in for her kI'd then leaves. Is that what the school let's this behavior happen!
There are parents parking their cars along the cul-de-sac in front of hopewell and union hill at 1304, 1305, 1303, and 1301 Casa blanca cove, they just leave their cars parked, two of these vehicles block part of our drive way.
Our street isnt a parking lot nor is it a place for these people to be littering,
In 2nd grade witch was 3 years ago I went to the school and in Mrs Humphreys class I went to use the bath room and there was a bowl of cereal in there so I told her and she said go get it and I will give you purple (above and beyond) so of course you did and I got home told my mom I got purple and asked how did I get it and I told her so we went to the principal about it 3 times in a week and she did nothing and it happened again to my bff and so we went up again and for the rest of the school year it felt like she was bullying me the rest of the year and she still works there I have never got in trouble in school before or people would stomp all over me and she did to and thx to her no one bully's me so to sum it all up that school allows bully's and allows teachers to do what ever they want and I now I'm a 5th grader now and you won't belive me but it's the truth of another way to say this is that she told me out my hands in a toilet and grab it out welcome I hope this never happens to any of y'all

As well as the vandalism, that occurs around the time these cars start parking at the cove. Yall are asking for a law suit.
The school wouldn't like it if people just started parking at the school after hours or if people just used the school as a parking lot and walked around the neighborhood, so why does the school let these people park on our street taking up this nighbors parking, unless parents are lying on where they live and purposely parking there to make it seem like they live in this school district so there kids can go to union hill and hopewell.

It is very frustrating coming home ever day to find these vehicles parked, literally having to wait till they take there time walking back to there cars, when I try telling one them, one of the parents start cursing me out using profanity. The school union hill either needs to get a bigger parking or change something.
When Hopewell let's kids out, there is the Maroon Suv that parks and blocks in cars every single time, car is packed full of people, she refuses to move her vehicle.
