I had the very best facial from Beta and on top of that her neck, hand and foot massage was amazing. I am going to go back every month! She's terrific.
I cannot believe it took 3 1/2 hrs and a good chunk of money to mess me up this bad!! I would like a refund of my money!

I went to bodi salon for full highlights and lowlights. When I got home I noticed zebra lines on sides of my head. Went back 2 more time's to get it fixed. Everytime it was worse. The Manager did nothing to help rectify the situation. I ended up having to go to a beauty school and spend more money to get it fixed. The instructor at the beauty school used me as an example of what not to do to your client. They showed me the back of my hair that was as bad as my sides with zebra lines. Very disappointed and disturbing.
I followed Christa to her new shop and I would do it again if I had to. Christa always cuts my hair exactly how I want it, and I have changed my cut many times since I started going to her. She attends to every detail, so that I am never disappointed. When I need a change, she is always ready to do it and always knows just what I want. She makes me feel like I am her favorite customer!
My bangs are "way" to short even after I was clear I did not want short ones. She even said, "Oh no, with this cut you would not want short bangs." When I told her they were to short she tried to use a roll brush to make them look better, tried to straighten the bangs over and over so I finally said, you cant make them grow back and got up. No apology that I was not happy however she did try to convince me it was like the picture! She pulled up the picture on their computer for the owner to see and her response was, I think its cute! I told her I understood she thought it looked cute but that I didn't like it and it was not what I asked for. Her next response, I'd give it a week, it will

As the owner (Christina) and the lady that cut my hair (Marisa) continued to try and convince me it was nice and looked like the pic I finally said I am not going to argue with you anymore, its not what I wanted! No apology, no let me refund part of your money (paid in advance by hubby) nothing! They did not feel bad at all that I was not happy! I expected more from this company that are trying to establish themselves as a prestigious salon! I am sure they will not contact me to try and resolve the matter since it should have been done right then and there!!
