It's such a treat to meet an owner who cares as much about her customer's experience as much as Lori. She was so sweet and caring and really made sure I got the best massage possible. It may have been one of the best I've ever had, Jessica is amazing and I honestly can't say enough good things. This wasn't my first appointment but my last visit made sure it won't be the last!
My wife and I were charged extra for the "couples" massage without being warned it was an extra charge. My wife was charged for a "rejuvenating facial" after requesting a standard facial. Scamming for extra add ins has become a standard for this location and we are canceling our contract.I
Won't be going back. The lady giving the massage didn't listen to my requests didn't work on the areas I asked her to address. The session felt very rushed, the session actually ended 15 minutes earlier because she completely what her routine for the service was. Waste of $80 bucks. Left feeling frustrated and very oily, used way to much oil during the massage.

Olivia who works the front desk is great and she is very knowledgeable. I called the same day and only 1 massage therapist was available. She did a decent job but I've had better massages. My first massage was discounted but I won't be back to pay full price in hopes of finding a great massage therapist. No need to signup for a membership until you find the right therapist.
