Poor selection of professional clothing, cramped store, and the outlet mall itself is a miserable environment. Instead of offering to order what I was looking for, the salesman tried to get me to buy items I didn't want. Won't be returning.

I really hope I have the right place, but if this is the right place, there is a nice guy working here named John. I am very new to the Austin area and my GPS got me lost. The location for this place on Google Maps is incorrect and landed me in an old strip center. I called the store and John answered (and I could hear his smile which is a plus). He gave me exact directions to his location from where I was. The store had exactly what I was looking for, for my darling boyfriend. John was very attentive and thorough with what my needs were. I will definitely be back because of him and he was just overall a very pleasant salesman. I highly recommend him if you need help finding anything! He made my shopping experience at the store very quick and painless. I even bought an extra shirt because of the deal Harbor Bay was having. He told me about it.
