Great sale prices. I cannot afford the clothes if they didn't have sales. Staff is very nice. I have shopped with Catherine's stores for more than 20 years. I miss the central location and I am not out this way very often. I love that they offer free shipping to my home and I can call them to place an order. The clothes I have purchased have always been great quality, but I take extra good care of my clothes.
The customer service was amazing! They were polite and went above and beyond when I couldn't find something in my size. The dressing rooms were comfortable and not crowded (which matters more than you think) and I was checked out quickly and professionally. Both workers (their names escape me, sorry) made sure I saved as much as I could and I can't thank them enough. I am totally going to be a regular customer!
