Took my daughter in with a Cheer injury the hole staff is friendly and really helpful. Dr Bruce was funny and really knolaheble he’s explain and showed us exactly what was wrong. She needed a specific brace they took the time to showed us how to properly use it. We are really great full to have found him 100% Recomend him ...
I loved the care I received from Dr. Bruce's office. He explained my injury in an understandable way and we viewed every xray together. He allowed me to be a participant in my decisions about healing and my health which I found to be empowering. Dr. Bruce is straightforward, no nonsense, and has a great sense of humor. I have been seeing Dr. Bruce off and on since 2010. He has such a great bedside manner. He takes a lot of time with you to explain everything to you. Him and his staff are the best!
Great experience. Was late and still didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. The staff at the front desk, the nurse and Dr. Bruce were all extremely helpful. Was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The front desk set-up appointments very quickly and were extremely responsive to any questions I had.
I saw Dr. Bruce for the first time last year after a pretty bad experience with a different doctor. Right from the beginning I knew I had made the right choice. Tracy was my first point of contact and she was so sweet and got me in quickly. Dr. Bruce was amazing. I have now been to him for two separate rotator cuff repairs on both arms and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Bruce takes his time and explains thing and let's you know what to expect. He's got a great personality and let's you know how it is, which I really appreciated. After I found out I needed my other arm done I didn't hesitate to go right back. I'm only a couple of months out of surgery on my right arm and it's feeling amazing. My left arm is pretty much back to 100%. And the whole staff is just wonderful. They treat everyone like family. You always get a smile and some kind of conversation/acknowledgment, even if they are busy. It's honestly too bad that other doctors office can't be like this one. I have now been several times and each visit has been top notch. I will use Dr. Bruce for all of my future needs (though hopefully I won't have that many..lol)
