I LOVE Scott and White.
Horrible PA Milam and phone nurse, they hate to be specific or answer any questions, it just feels like your bothering them so much for being a patient. Would never go back after how they treated us, we are desperate for help and they don’t listen to patient concerns. lied to us about it being cured and never having to worry about it and the minute we try to get help because it didn’t work all they do is send us away with a useless antibiotic. Thanks for nothing.

As a working mom of 2 in daycare- I need someone like Scott and White. If one of my kids gets sick at school I can typically always get them in the same day to see a doctor- which is crucial for my busy schedule.
I Love Scott and White! It makes me sad to see all of these reviews because I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. I have had 2 babies here, been to the emergency room twice, both of my kids have had surgery here, my husband and I both use the doctors on site when we are sick. I have had zero problems in my dealings with them in the last 5 years.
I was in pain in post op. I made a phone call and next day Dr. Nathaniel Polnaszek was excellent taking care of my pain providing extra medication and filling out a form for my military job. Thank you, Dr. P!
