Great selection. Wonderful sales staff. No pressure sales staff allows you to roam free throughout the store and get really confused. I did buy on my first visit and will be returning!
Julio was the best! If you need help he's the man! My husband and I just went and purchased some things for our new house and Julio gave us the best customer service. I recommend when you go or before you go in to ask for Julio. You will walk out completely satisfied just like us. (:
I'd give less than 1 star if possible. I purchased 2 items and paid for delivery. When the first item was delivered the guys came in, said nothing to me, and did not take the plastic off. When the other item was delivered, it was dropped in front of my house even though I was home. The box had numerous holes and the tools and half the parts were missing. I have notified customer service several times and this still isn't resolved. This was my first purchase from Rooms 2 Go and it will be my last. Save your time and money and go some where else!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous.
Anyone trying to make a decision whether or not to use Rooms to Go... if it requires install, make sure they ACTUALLY install the furniture. The delivery people said they wouldn't install the sectional clips because they didn't want to tear the lining. Isn't THAT part of the delivery & install fee? Rescheduling has been a nightmare & now WE have to accomodate their schedule taking more tome off work, after already taking off 1/2 day of work.
I'm giving this review 2 stars because the sales people aren't pushy. However, the guy we worked with still hasn't called us back to help us resolve the problem. Maybe he hasn't gotten our messages? I may just be generous tonight.
Yesterday went for casual lookout for a couch and met Dustin . He is real nice guy gave us good information of each couch. Left us to look and came back to give more info. Finally with that information and so many different couches we decided finally to buy one. Service was awesome , price was perfect, Hope there delivery is as good as their service. Will update about couch once I get it... Would definitely recommend.
