All the trainers and customers are great! No gym rats or lunks, just regular folks looking to live a healthier lifestyle.
The business morals and ethics of this company truly saddens me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!! They are quick to sign you up under a contract and not follow up until the money stops coming in. Makes me sick that some companies run like this.
If you are looking for a place to get fit, look no further. But be warned!... it's addictive.

I have been a member at various fitness centers for the past 20 years. 9 Round has given me things I've never seen before such as flexible timing of the session and offering a full body workout in only 30 minutes! I love being able to hit a bag and get 1 on 1 attention from the trainers. It's like one big family there and I couldn't be more grateful that they have let me be a part of it!
What's not to like?! Class starts when I walk in the door! I have personal trainers to kick my butt! I get to hit stuff! Who could ask for anything more?!
I love the trainers and that there are no class times. I like how the workout is done and how strong it makes me feel! It's a powerful and uplifting workout and I think that's why I have stuck with it for so long. I finally found a workout that motivates me and brings me back! 9Round-Round Rock has showed me that if you put in the time and effort, you will see results! So far I have lost 70 pounds and my core is so much stronger now!
