Great gym! I'm a 44yo guy who works with my hands for a living and used to experience a lot of back pain from being out of shape. After attending group classes at Corespeed for the last year I feel like a new man. The owners, Carlos and Sonia do a great job of motivating and encouraging everyone and making us laugh. Working out is now something I look forward to.

Awesome gym! Best full body workout I've ever had. I've been working out for years but have never had results like I've had from Corespeed. Plus everyone in the classes are incredibly nice and helpful. Newbies and old pros are welcome here.

Great place to take your kid to learn to wrestle. The instructors here are very attentive to each kid and they are treated with much respect.
