When they shut your water off because someone else called to get it turned off they still want $75 even when no bill is due. They don't even leave a note saying they turned it off. Guess what now I'm on my way to give them more money oh what fun it is to be ripped off

I would rate a zero. Been with this company for almost 17years, and they treat you like crap. Only water company in Round Rock so we are forced to use their company. Awful customer service, and crazy unnecessary charges.
