Super quick. Very organized. Great customer service. Ms. Cooper was very nice.

The card payment for the vehicle registration was declined . I called my bank and my bank said your customer service person input wrong detail twice and the system had to flag the account. She was just in a hurry to go because I got in at 4.27pm with ticket number T558. The payment was declined at 4.50pm. She told me there was nothing she could do that they have closed. I asked if I could go and get a check from my car , she said I should come on Monday. The sad thing is that I just moved to Texas from Georgia and my vehicle registration expired in September 2017 , and today is the last grace day for me to drive the car with Georgia registration. Very frustrating.

I went for transfer of my vehicles form my family members into my name on Friday 23rd June 2017 around 2.15 p.m. Within 20 minutes, I was posted on window 7. The desk person Monica C. was very polite, courteous & helped me filling up missing links in the documents to be filed, which I was supposed to have taken care.

8am - 4:30pm. Way to be open for the citizens of round rock. And in case you were wondering they are VERY prompt to lock the door. I showed up at 4:31 door locked and shades pulled down.

Overall I was very happy with my experience in the county tax office.

Went to get a renewal and they might as well have been closed. They wasted money putting out a dozen work stations when only 2-4 people are ever there to sit down. Then 2 came back from lunch and 2 left but one who had come back put up a screen on her desk to not be disturbed. And on top of it all, only 1 person was not doing renewals. Some older woman was in a Do Not Disturb room in plain site and when the workers passed, she would gladly converse with them. They must have been having a get together. I finally left. Also there is a large screen telling people to avoid the long lines they need to make an appointment. That is not an option. People wasting time.
