They saw me and helped me they were not crowded at all very nice
I had been having some difficulty receiving correct information through phone calls. I was speaking with different individuals each call and getting a different answer each time. I drove to this office and Tarann Hawkins went above and beyond to help me. She met with me two times to ensure that I received accurate information and had a full understanding of the process. She cares about people and that's why she's AMAZING at her job.
Been back and forth to this place that's "so busy" it takes hours to see someone, and when you call end up on hold for an hour and never spoke to anyone. And the little Mexican lady who sits at one of the windows has no type of customer service skills..rude, ignores people talking to her, but will jump in to assist another person at a different window while she's suppose to be assisting you. I'm appalled at what I've been dealing with trying to get health care for my newborn. Straight bs

The black lady in charge of the food stamps, is very rude with zero customer service skills no respect to another human being, can't believe that people comes to these office needing help and they get treated like trash .Ive also seen her being super rude to another person..this lady is HORRIBLE, talks to people like they're kids
