Called, manager robert was a complete jerk, he said it didnt matter, i shouldnt have waited till i got home, saying it was my fault, he Didn't care and just hung up,
We ordered pizza here today and it was really cold. I felt the cold when I took it out the delivery drivers hand. Super disappointed because we just moved in this area and Gattis is our favorite pizza but I will not be ordering from them again. Didn't even cut the pizza! I had to cut each piece or it was all tore up. It was one of the worst pizzas we have had in a long time!
Horrible service took 30 mins just to recieve pizzas at drive thru,
So called in my order. Was told 20 min. Got there and was ignored. Waited 5min. Then was told they had just put the pizza in the over and it would be 15 more minutes. Sry 40min for a pizza 1 star.
They did not show me my pizza at drive thru window, wasn't till I got home , I noticed what was wrong.
Awesome location. Has a drive through. How can you go wrong with a Mr Gattis equipped with a drive thru?
Great pizza. When they're busy though, it can take a really long time to get your food.
One of the pizzas was the wrong order, the other was burned and missING peperronni
