Called and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Person I spoke with was rude and acted as if he was doing me a favor by answering the phone. I confirmed that they delivered to Wingate Round Rock hotel. He verified the address and said yes. Took my order, credit card, and said 35-45 minutes. Called back 5 minutes later and said they don't deliver after all. Sounded like a crook and I will watch my credit card statement.
Tl;dr our order was left in the window while other customers were served. They forgot the extras we ordered and one pizza was made incorrectly.
Then when we finally got home, one of our pizzas had cheese on it when we ordered both without cheese because we can't eat dairy (see photos).
I ordered two pizzas online for carry out at this location (along with extra sides of garlic sauce and banana peppers). My husband went in to pick up the food and they told him it wasn't ready yet. As he was waiting he saw two boxes set in the warming window. About 4-5 customers came and went with their food while he waited.
When the cashier finally checked back with him for the name for our order, they went and grabbed the two boxes he had seen set in the window a while ago. We had to ask for our extra garlic sauce and banana peppers. I check the banana peppers in the car because they were wrapped in tin foil which I thought was weird. They were pepperoncini, so I had to go back in and get banana peppers.
I work at Mac Haik Ford and they deliver often. Finally I tried them. Chicken BBQ with bacon. FANTASTIC TASTE.

I placed my order online at 12:30pm today. The delivery time said 31mins. Then called at 1:40pm asking about the status of my order. Was told it's on its way. It got here at 1:50pm. So basically they left when I called. I've been ordering pizzas for 20 yrs (about once per wk) and never has been this late. I live 5 mins by the location too. Order 24 hot wings and only half had sauce. I usually order from Dominos on Old Settlers. I will stick to them. They are fast, kind and food always well made.
