We have a 20 year old Bose Wave player for Cassettes and it's still in great shape. Love it all..
I have this store to both purchase new items and to warranty out ear phones. The customer service and the product is top notch. I do have to replace my ear phones every other year because I use them all day during work. I would buy from Bose and especially this store if I was in the market for anything in the speaker market.
Dropped off a repair at this store in order to expedite replacement before travel. Service was very friendly and helpful. So much so that I made another purchase while at the store. Unfortunately, the friendly service did not translate to a good customer experience. 5 days after dropping off the item for replacement, I contacted Bose customer service (which is excellent by the way) to find out that the store never logged receiving my defective unit. At this point, the replacements will not arrive in time for my extended trip. Furthermore, after being promised that the newly purchased item would arrive no later than three days, customer service informed me that it would be a full 2 weeks before I will receive anything. I don't know if the issue is the specific employee at the store or a bad culture at this location but I was mislead.

We bought a Bose CD players and love it.
Good store, spirited customer service, but dubious pricing of items. Make sure you check prices online and ask for them to match whats shown on the website. I went there to buy QC25 a month ago, the price for which was $279 online in bose website, but the store had $299 on the brand new ones. I pointed it out and person at the store checked it online and confirmed that the price was indeed $279 and they have not updated their in store prices. Fair enough. I ended up buying factory refurbished ones. Here is the thing, I have gone back to the store 2 more times since then and guess what, the prices still remain at $299. Unsuspecting customer would end up paying more since they would expect all Bose stores to be up to date on their prices. Whats even more shady, is that they advertise refurbished products priced at $199 with "Save $100 on brand new ones" which is objectively false since the brand new ones do not cost $299. So if anyone buys a refurbished pair thinking they saved $100, they would surely be disappointed. I pointed this out during one of my visits and one of the guys at the store told me "Its just $20" as if I am making a big fuss out of nothing at all. And during another visit, another person told me that if their In store system shows $299 its $299, irrespective of what the Bose website says.
Knowledgeable staff, good prices - especially on factory-refurbished items.
