Another great experience at my Round Rock Discount Electronics! Richard took excellent care of me, I was looking for a small foot print computer and with Windows 7 Pro on it he assisted in finding the one I wanted and understood that I wanted one that looked good as well as operational. These guys are always helpful and knowledgeable. We have purchased about 10 or more computers in the past 5 or so years for different work applications. These have been great work horses for behind the scene applications. Love looking around for Christmas and Birthday ideas. We will be back again soon!
I recently went to get a new cable for my computer since mine broke. Derek helped and explained the return policy. He also said if I had trouble to come back with the computer. I did return and he checked out my computer and now everything is working fine. Thank you for helping me and for your great customer service.
Richard at discount electronics is very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose the problem with my laptop very quickly. He tried different ways to try and retrieve my data. Unfortunately it was beyond hope. He referred me to a different location who could help me but we knew it was not going to be cheap. For all the time Richard spent in helping me, he did not even charge me a dime for checking my laptop! I would highly recommend them to my friends and coworkers! I greatly appreciate their sincere attempts to help customers and for loving what they do best!
Excellent service all around. The guys there were very knowledgeable, courteous, and gave me a good turnaound time to fix--with service and parts, 3-5 business days. Turns out--with their creative problem solving and organization--they got it done on the same day heading into a weekend. While I was there I also saw their guys helping customers of varying levels of technical ability. They were patient and gave a range of options to people and even walked them through using the products they purchased or needed help with. Highly recommend these guys!
I purchased a laptop and other equipment from Discount Electronics in Round Rock a month ago. The customer service was exceptional. I downloaded software for work on my laptop and the software messed up some drivers on the laptop, which could not allow the laptop to function properly. I came back last week to see if they can fix the issue. The guys at Discount Electronics patiently spent an hour trying to fix but could not. Being that my issues were not covered under warranty, I was supposed to pay a diagnostic fee and the fee to fix or replace the laptop all together. Rico, the store manager, saved the day. He swapped out my laptop for the same model but with the software I needed in order my work software to work properly. Rico did all of this free of charge. He helped me out so much. Thank you for your generosity, patience, and time. I will definitely return to purchase more equipment and refer my friends and family to this location.
