They are always so helpful and fun when I go in! They all have a sense of urgency to get you in and out as fast as they can. They are so pleasant to talk with and joke with! Highly recommended! Jacob got me my S7 today and he helped entertain my 2 year old nephew! Raymond also has been very helpful in the past with fixing my Note 4!

I made a appt with him and when i walked in the store there were 50 people in the store and he took me right away. I went in there today after calling and making sure they had the iphone x in stock. I do not drive, so i took an uber to get there. The young lady Michelle was really nice and started the process to then be told that they do not take out of state id's!!! Who doesnt take an out of state id????? Its not like my ID came from another country!! Its from NY and obviously Brandon who is the rudest store manager ever had a problem with the fact that im from NY. As i tried to get an understanding of why he would not take mt Government State ID, he basically cut me off and practically kicked me out. I am an HR Director and this type of behaviour is horrible, mean and unacceptable.
This store is not lacking in customer service. I have been with sprint since 1998 and they cared that I was a loyal sprint customer. I went to several other Sprint stores and almost switched carriers due to them not caring that I had been with sprint for almost 20 years and giving me the time to ask questions! I will drive the 42 miles for this location. Thank you Sprint Round Rock!
