Went to the ER in horrible pain. The wait time was short, and my nurse, Mario was awesome! He was so funny and kind and made my stay comfortable. Within a few hours, I was able to go home pain-free. I cannot thank Mario and the doctor enough!
This hospital is a piece of work. I'm so upset with them. I feel like they higher the lowest nurses and drs. My bf got into a motorcycle accident. I had to remind the nurses that "hey what about his foot? The dr said that was broken too." They looked at each other dumb founded and said oh let's go ask doc. I had to remind them that his back need cleaned also he had really bad road rash. They did a lousy job dressing his wounds the nurses we're incredibly forgetful. Going to try to make a man with a broken foot walk. Really?
My in-law gave birth yesterday. From the time we got here the nurses jumped right on to assisting. Constantly complimenting my brother and my sister-in-law's progress leading up to delivery. I love the way the maternity floor operates. Sue was the first one who was in the delivery room and was there the whole time. She constantly updated mom and dad about the progress of my niece. Tamara is extremely sweet, gentle, patient and caring. My niece was eating before Tamara's shift ended. Before she left she came to check in on the progress. Ryan was so sweet as she made my niece a cute little hat. As soon as she was born Korby started cleaning her up. Thanks y'all.
My husband took my barely 5 month old son with a 102 degree fever to this ER this past Saturday night around 7pm. A redhead woman at the front desk was extremely rude and uncaring, stating that they were full and they would get to him when they could. We understand there is a wait when you go to the ER sometimes, but for someone to be so dismissive, when we as parents were genuinely worried about the well-being of our child, is ridiculous. He left and took him to Baylor Scott and White down the road, where he had a very short wait time and compassionate care from all the staff.
