I've been here many times and never ever have I had such a horrible experience. I will go somewhere else even if it means losing my wonderful neurosurgeon. I tried for hours to get help even calling by phone for a patient advocate. My daughter and soninlaw also had surgery here and not again. Run somewhere else.

While we were waiting, I was turned forward talking to my daughter's friend about what went on in the room and the security officer said that I was arguing with him. I wasn't talking to him, about him, or facing him. He told me to leave, then, I saw the police pull up. Well, I never refused to leave so not quite sure why they were called. But, I am glad I was not gone when the police came because they could have said whatever about me and what had occurred. So, that let me know that they were going to call anyway. Seton Williamson is the worst hospital that I had ever been to.

Later, she raised her voice at me and I asked her if I had offended her and if I did, I apologize. She was still upset. When she left out, I closed the curtain and she came back and snatched it all the way open and folded her arms. I asked her why did she do that and she said that she did not think that my daughter was safe with us in the room. She had called security and everything. He told me I had to leave and I bent over in front of my daughter and asked her if she was okay before I left and I said that I refused to leave. Keep in mind that it took mt about 5 seconds to say that to her. As we walked out, he said that I was arguing with the nurse and I told him that I was not. I asked him if her heard her raise her voice at me first and he said yes. He said that this is the nurse domain. I asked him, does that mean that whatever she says goes. He said pretty much so. He said that if I did not leave when he asked then he would call the police. Then, when we got to the lobby, he asked me to stay and talk to the house nurse. I said no, I didn't have to and he asked me again. I said well okay.

The nurses were friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Every staff member we came across was great and helpful! Definitely would deliver here again. Everyone made it a great experience!

My daughter was left in the same sanitary napkin for over ten hours. I asked the nurse, Amy what was the name of the medication that they had given her and she told me with an attitude. I had just gotten to the hospital and she was already rude. When I asked the nurse, what was the medicine for she told me that she would be back and she went and printed off 27 pages for me to read. When I asked her if they had given my daughter any other medication, she said that she did not know. I asked if she was able to find out, if it would show in the system. She looked at me as if she did not know.

These guys and gals that work at Seton Williamson are INCREDIBLE! From every nurse, doctor, social worker, receptionist, housekeeping employee...just AWESOME! I would nominate every person I spoke with for a Daisy award! I mean the nicest and really really smartest nursing staff you'll ever meet. All the way up from the ER, to ICU, and to the 5th floor! You can feel how much they care. I was blown away! I'll tell ya, they made my partners one week staycation as pleasant as possible. Thank you Seton for making us feel really at home. All the docs we saw were top notch. I can't give any more praise than this! I thank especially the ER. They were the point of first contact. They're serious about their job! Thanks everyone!

I had my baby here a few days ago and was just released. I had an unplanned c-section after being in labor for 36 hours and trying every method to get my baby out before it came to that at the local birthing center. The doctors and especially the nurses were absolutely amazing and I was not pressured into anything I didn't want to do. They were so supportive of all my choices. They brought in lactation experts and made sure I was fully prepared to leave before I was released. The labor rooms were so large and private. I only wish they had a little better accommodations for birth partners, they had pull out couches but it didn't look very comfortable for a multi night stay after the baby is born.

I would have given the hospital no stars but you have to choose at least one to submit the post.
