Ashley was fantastic!!!! I took in my mom's old diamonds (who passed away last year), one of which was a very rare miners cut from the 60's, to have it reset as my own engagement ring. I was terrified to leave it, it had never been out of my families sight in nearly 50 years. She not only had beautiful recommendations, at the demise of her own commissions, but she held my hand as I hyperventalated about leaving it, as did her manager. The entire branch went the extra mile to make sure I didn't feel scared, but she even texted me about each step along it's resetting. And it came out stunning, she was so right with going with a solitair. She's more than earned our business!!! We will definitely bring our business to her in the future! Thank you Y'all!!!

I seriously love this place. The people who work there (Ashley and Trinka) were always really great and super helpful. We went in earlier this year looking for engagement rings and they were able to help us piece together the exact one I wanted. When my (now fiance) proposed, the ring looked EXACTLY how I wanted it to. Last month we went in to get wedding bands and again, they had exactly what I wanted....(well, they ordered it in, but still). Loved their customer services, loved their options and LOVE the rings we purchased from them. I would highly recommend this store for engagement rings and wedding bands....and probably any other jewelry that you are looking for.
