I am disgusted by the treatment received here yesterday. My friend and I came in to purchase his girlfriend a locket and a ring for my mother for Christmas. We looked around waited for twenty minutes at the case that contained the lockets only to be ignored when the female sales associate wasn't speaking with anyone. I tried to wave at her and even cleared my throat and looked her in the eyes and said "Excuse Me, Ma'am?" only to have her walk away. I asked my male friend to see if he could get her attention and he tried to as well but she walked away from him to approach an older family and was extremely friendly with them and followed them around the store. Pulling out all sorts of jewelry.
I have nothing but great service from them and a young lady named Jessica. She has been great and always willing to help out and do whatever it takes to get the job done. We bought our engagement ring and wedding set from her there at the store.
I know that my friend and I appear young but we both had been saving and planning to come and purchase our gifts here at almost 1500+. We decided to leave when we waited for another 15 minutes and we notice another group of younger shoppers being ignored there as well. I've worked in retail for several years now and I can't believe the rudeness we experienced.
Bought $1260.00 pair of earrings February 2017, 6 months later the diamonds are falling out!!! Never thought such a reputable place would push out such trashy quality! Even worst is couple of days ago sept. 1 2017, purchased diamond necklace for $900.00.... very worried and will not ever spend another cent after spending thousands of dollars at Zales!!!I should of went to Jareds!!!!
I will say this store is terrible to purchase, I definitely regret choosing this store to purchase my charismas purchased. They are all liar and I don't think they know what they are doing. its been a almost a year I am dispute my refund money and still have not giving and I definitely do a complain in Better Business Bureau. All the complaint I saw I will that I had experienced all. They need to either get the right people to do the job or close it which is not good at all for people experienced this issues from store.
Horrible service. Went here to buy a ring for my boyfriend got it customised expected promised date was 13th feb one day before valentines day. Have beed there since several times and several phone calls it is still not ready . My boyfriend got me a very nice prrsent for valentines day but zales fail to give the ring already paid for. Bunch of liars and a big scam.
