Fairly updated, with a good choice of breakfast. Staff very friendly, clean hotel , but my room smelled like smoke.
I took advantage of the free breakfast each morning. they had a good selection of items including hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, biscuits), cereals, ready to make pancakes, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The woman in charge of the breakfast was very helpful and welcoming every morning.
The hotel is very nice with updated amenities. The rooms are very spacious and the staff were all pleasant. The free breakfast was really nice but took an hour to receive.
I did not use any of the other facilities at the property - business center, fitness room, pool, but all looked nice and well maintained. I had hoped that there was a hot tub, as I had read on one website that they had one, but they did not.
Terrible place to stay at lady at counter seems like she doesn’t know what she is doing. We were just going to be in Austin one day didn’t even spend the night and got charged for two days would have been nice to know before we chose this location
Staff was rude except William, but he did help resolve the room issue we had. Was disappointed with our stay here.
I would definitely stay here again.
The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs and it was easy on and off the highway.
Stayed here for 4 days/3 nights in January 2017. The hotel is fresh and new, only about 5 months old. The rooms were very nice - included a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, large flat screen tv, desk, small sitting area with table, closet and drawers. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The window had a nice black out shade for sleeping. The bathroom was well lit and the full length mirror was positioned well to use.
