Ive been to a few different locations around austin and RR but the one closest to my home was the best! I was looking for a queen, comfortable, not too over price mattress and Samantha was the one who helped me, she was SUPER helpful and I found the perfect mattress set with frame for $500. Loved my experience there. And will be referring my family and friends to this location.
After an afternoon of searching around and 3-4 different mattress stores we found the perfect location with the best customer service. Samantha, the store manager approached myself and my fiancée right away with a smile and heard our complaints about our current mattress and immediately began showing us excellent choices. She checked us while we laid down to see our alignment, gave input for what was best for my back issues and was the appropriate amount of being there to assist but not ever pushing us where we felt uncomfortable like you do get in many other stores. Thank you for all of your help! I definitely recommend mattress firm at university commons!

We went shopping to Factory mattress first and didn't find anything we liked. Mattress firm definitely had better quality items as well as a friendly staff. The store manager Samantha was very helpful when it came to explaining the different styles of mattresses. Definitely recommend mattress firm and definitely recommend this location. Ask for Samantha!
