GO HERE NOW! This place is so delicious! There was no wait, nice servers, and the food is out of this world. The flavors were exquisite!!! My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience here - It was perfect! Thank you Ajo - we will be back!
Brussel sprouts starter was amazing. I had the bourbon pork belly and it was also amazing. The meals a full of detail with a lot of flavor. My wife had the lobster mac and cheese Portions looked small but we were full after our meal.
When traveling I like to try local places. Found this based on reviews. I was a little worried that it would be too hipsterish for my liking. It wasn't! On this Tuesday evening it was doing a steady business but was still easy to get a table. Dillon (sp?) was very attentive, but not annoyingly so. Everyone there was super friendly.

The food here is consistently good. Flavorful and fresh. The cocktails are yummy but the menu and cocktail selection is rather limited. Prices are as expected for a restaurant of this level of quality, about $30 per person for a plate and a drink.

Had been here for breakfast but never for dinner. Food was awesome and Chandler was awesome. Will be coming back very soon.
Service was wasn't quick but wasn't slow. The waiter knew about all the dishes we asked about.
