Bad customer service. Today my dad stopped in to get him some dinner. He ordered a fish meal that stated it came with 2 sides and hush puppies. When he went to pay for his order the cashier stated that the 2 sides separate. He informed her that on the menu it said 2 side she proceeded to argue with him, he then asked for a manager. The cashier left he waited 10min and no management showed up. This is how they treat our Seniors and retired Veterans . He was truly upset about the situation.
Chicken Express is the best fast food fried chicken! The meet is very moist and tender. The sides are very good. If you don't mind playing with your food open a roll and put a tender with mashed potatoes inside you won't be disppointed with this sandwich.
Great place with great chicken and catfish. My girlfriend's favorite, because it reminds her of home.
I was told they have great fish so I decided to try this location tonight. It was the worst fish I've ever had. Maybe this is the way they normally fix it but I couldn't cut it with a knife. I had to pick it up and try to bite off a piece. It was very chewy. I told the young lade at the register that it was the worst fish I had ever had and all she said was "sorry." I guess Chicken Express has such bad food that they can't afford to have any satisfaction guarantee. I'll never be back, and that's my guarantee!
We have never been disappointed here. Everything is always hot and delicious. Um not a catfish fan but what they so make it worth the wait. If you order it, plan to wait for it to be cooked fresh for you. Everything else you can grab quickly.
