Our company just held an employee event at Uncle Bucks for 300 people. The atmosphere is delightful and just perfect for the families attending! The food was wonderful, with multiple serving stations for the buffets, that made serving everyone work beautifully! The food was delicious and hot! The employees of Uncle Bucks made sure everyone felt welcomed as they came in and gave excellent service all evening long! They were cheerful and happy to help! Our employees are all talking about what a great time they had! Thanks Uncle Bucks! We'll be back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous but they are woefully undestaffed which puts a lot of pressure on the staff & delays service to customers. However I'll give 5 stars to the staff who were working their butts off to ensure smooth service. Special mention to Jennifer at the front desk, man this girl deserves a raise and of course the female bartender, forgot her name. If the staffing issue does not improve this place won't survive
We went there on a Thursday evening and there was only one table with a family...so we were glad we wouldn't have to wait for a table or wait long for dinner. My husband and I both substituted our mashed potatoes for a side salad (as stated on the top of the menu, you can sub your entree side for onion rings, a house salad, or a "deluxe salad" for $2 extra). We got our food, the fish and shrimp with lobster sauce was quite good, although the fish was a bit salty. They could have put a bit more sauce on, (and there was only 3 shrimp) but it was tasty. The kids loved their pizza, cheeseburger and fries. When we got the bill, we were charged for our salads (a total of $4 extra). We asked the server why we were charged when we had wanted to just substitute and she said, "Well if you kept your mashed potatoes, those salads would have been $4 each..." So clearly, she never bothered to ask us if we wanted the house salad for FREE, or if we wanted to pay extra to add the "deluxe". Well the deluxe salad consisted of mixed greens (I'm assuming the house salad probably uses ice berg?) 3 cherry tomatoes, 2 thin slices of cucumber on the side, a few sliced red onions and croutons. So I have no clue how lacking the regular house salad must be if that was the DELUXE. We said we wanted to *substitute* the potatoes for a salad...not pay MORE for a different side. So our entrees ended up being $17 each for fish, steamed broccoli and a side salad. Way overpriced and mediocre at best. I would have been happier paying $15 and having the mashed potatoes. Then I would have felt like I actually ate something substantial. The server should automatically ask which salad you want when you're substituting if there's more than one possibility. Big letdown, probably won't be back. At least the kids loved the decor and walking through bass pro shop to see the fish.
The Staff at Uncle Bucks was very accommodating and catered to our needs. Annie truly went above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of us. I will definitely recommend to everyone.
