Horrible experience, the manager is super rude

This is an incorrect location. U have to go further north to the round Rock outlets. Not sure why maps is sending us to chili's.
I have been a fan of Charlotte Russe now for well over 10 yrs. When I relocated to Austin I was excited to see that there were a couple within driving distance, however.....The Store in the outlets has gone through various managers and unfortunately it seems to keep on getting worse. The former manager was rude, and on various occations would stand behind the counter gossiping about her employees , the new manager seems to not really care much when a customer walks through the door as she is usually behind the register on her phone. Their selection of clothes and shoes is poor and their store layout is horrible. Advise to management hire yourselves employees that arent so rude.
