Been buying shoes at Karavel since 2000. I have large, picky feet. Their shoes are worth every penny. They bend over backwards to bring you shoes that work. They know about all their shoes. Can never say a bad thing about them, ever!

get fitted and another person fit me in the 12.5 and they seemed to be good so I bought them. A week later I knew they were too small and that I needed the size 13. I went back thinking that I would be out of luck since I had worn them out of the store but I told the salesman that they were too small and asked him to find the size 13 and put them on me.
Greg was very helpful and informative. He took the time and walked me through the process to arrive at the right shoe for what I wanted to do. I got the perfect fit for my odd foot!
The manager of the store was very knowledgeable and had my best interests at heart. He told me that a size 12.5 or 13 would fit me so
He did and the shoes felt great. He did not charge me any extra but just exchanged them for me. Awesome customer service!
