Horrible, horrible, horrible, customer service! Would never recommend anyone to shop there!! Lazy staff and very unfriendly!! They don't even care about anyone's needs or wants! If I can given them a zero, best believe I would!!!!!!!!
I asked if they had a pair of sneakers I found on their website, the employee looked at the wall for 2 seconds and said "no".
Staff is awesome Tori especially! I was looking for an all white pair of sneakers and Tori had a lot of patience with me and answered all my questions. This store is definitely a must stop in at if you are at the outlets in Round Rock!

I needed to return a pair of shoes that were shipped to me the wrong size and the employees refused to return them since I tried them on. I then went to shop a little and I over heard them talking about me and few other customers in the store laughing about them. Will not be going back.
