I was greeted upon arrival and helped by two different people and asked by at least three if I needed help.....
Waited over 5 minutes for help, looked like no one was working in the store. Had to go back to the far corner and ask if one of the two girls chatting actually worked there. She was more interested in having a conversation with her friend than attending customers. Gave terrible service when she finally acknowledged me and went back to the back corner to talk with her friend. Couldn't find what I needed so I left.
The employees are never attentive each and every time I have ever gone here. It is always an issue to have them look up any thing in a particular size, and they have no idea how to measure a foot. The store is small and cramped and 2 people cannot stand together in any single isle. There is no place to sit to try on a shoe. I will be finding another store from now on to purchase shoes.
They had signs for buy 1 get 1 50% off. Felt like a scam. Put the sign over shoes that did not qualify. Pretty shady if you ask me.
Great service and prices. Also great military discounts......
Worth the drive from Dallas. Just dropped in to see what was there, and I was impressed enough to buy two pair of shoes......
