RACHEL, is amazing!!!!! She explained everything too the T. This is my first car and I am very happy and I'm glad she was my sales person. She greeted me the very moment I stepped into the lot and i am so glad to have met her. She also made my dad happy when she said that he would get a referral payment, since he referred me. Repeat customer. It was easy years ago and just as easy this time. They really do take care of repeat customers. Art was very knowledgeable and valued my time by finding the right car for me without a lot of searching. Car buying should look like what DriveTime does. You shouldn’t need a day of rest after buying a car.
The service I received was excellent when it wasn't the easiest time looking for car options. I rushed the whole process and they were able to get me the vehicle I needed. Art was a dream. I walked in late at night and even though I was not Art's customer, he went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He even took me through the entire process. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. I have never experienced such an easy process thanks to him. I would also send a shout out to Melody who I know I drove crazy calling multiple times a day to make sure everything was in order for when I got there. She always seemed to stay pleasant even when I could tell it was busy. Customers come first here and Art showed that through and through.
