If you enter the lot attempting to pay ticket price this dealer is the one for you. Otherwise, don't waste your time or energy building a relationship with a deranged company like this.
This dealership neglected the time we spent with them, the bond that was forming, and their duty to sell rather than auction. Yes, it's my belief that they wouldn't move on the price because another family was hovering around our car immediately as we drove it into the "soon to sell"-designated parking space.
Our guy, Ron Wilkins was really nice, but we'll never return to the RRAG for this poor business model set forth by the managers at the back desk line.

There was some miscommunication and Marty, the Finance Mgr., called me right away to clear up the situation and to offer remedies...very courteous, gracious, and professional.

I visited Round Rock Auto Group (Honda) the past couple of days and test drove quite a few cars before finally finding something I want. When we finally sat down to discuss pricing with our associate we were told that the price was 100% solid and immovable due to the Certified Pre-Owned status. I'm a previous buyer at another Toyota dealership of CPO vehicle that was discounted significantly from the ticket price.

She never makes you feel like she is just trying to make a sale. She truly cares that you are happy with the car you end up buying. She makes buying a car a great experience instead of the usual headache it normally is.
I hate car dealers. Absolutely hate 'em. Never had a good experience at one...until now. I dealt with Marc Smith, from the Pre-Owned Sales Staff. I was in a bind, needed to find a car soon, and Marc greeted me as soon as I walked up to the building. I had a sort of complicated situation due to the car I was trading in, but Marc worked around it. Long story short, from the second I stepped on to the lot, Marc went out of his way to help me, all the other staff I came in to contact with were all very friendly, and I completely changed my position of "never dealing with a car dealer again" to pleasantly optimistic. I highly recommend these guys, and in particular I'd like to single out Marc Smith for really going above and beyond. They're great guys to deal with.
