Mario Proclaim to be a straight shooter however that turned out to be a lie he said he will call me in an hour but he didn't I waited 3 hours before I started calling I called the office phone I called his cell phone I text his cell phone with no response I called the office phone he then tells another salesman to tell me that he's busy and can't come to the phone and he will call me back but he did not call back the next day which was yesterday 9- 26-17 Mario accidentally calls my phone because he didn't remember the number once he saw it was me he hung up on me. I would not recommend this dealership poor service

I come back tell Mario it's a go. The owner is outside, I see Mario give him a thumbs up. We go inside I redo another paper application after I was told the paperwork would already be done by Mario so all I had to do was come in sign and give my down payment.
So i get contacted by salesmen Mario, telling me I'm approved for the special vehicle program, $500 down. So i set up an appointment to go in the following Monday 9-25-17. Mind u I get there at 9am. First off a salesmen comes out to help me, I ask him is mario in, he then states he's not and that Mario is not a salesmen. I should have known then that it was a shady dealership, seeing that I spoke with Mario the night before.
After 20 minutes in office I hear someone come in and tell the boss Kris that's it's someone outside for him. Shortly after that Mario calls me outside and tell me that he will call me in a hour. I was confused as to why i had to get called back when I'm already there. Mario gave no explanation to why i had to be called. , all he said was the boss Kris had to now think about the deal again. When he already told him to pushing through. Mario put it all off on Kris the owner. Before I could get a clear understanding,Mario walks off and started helping a young white couple with a car I saw the owner Kris inspecting. So did he stop him from working with me for them?!?!? NOT SURE.
I accidentally stumbled upon the most amazing place to do business with. When my car broke down in the middle of purchasing a home I looked to Kris Auto sales and thank God I did. I can't say enough words about man who runs this business, not only does he sales quality and reliable cars, he'll work with you as long as you work with him. If i could give a 20 star rating I would!!!!! Thanks for the exceptional service!
Anyway I finally get to Mario he say everything looks good and he already got the approval for the owner of the dealership Kris, to push deal Through. Only thing is the vehicle I was interested in had the keys locked in it. So i had to wait for them to open it to test drive. I go run some errands they call maybe 2 hours later and tell me they got vehicle open. Cool, I drive back up there the owner comes outside and say hi, I got the vehicle opened up for you,cool. I test drive, and love the ride on it.
