We went to the lot on a Saturday afternoon, and although they were busy, we were greeted almost immediately by the sales representative Brandon. He was very professional, polite, honest, and helpful on getting us into the car we wanted. He didn't try to pressure us or change our minds on the vehicle make or model.
Also, I had to get a new cell phone the day after I had my oil changed, last week. I called and got Adam on the phone and ask him if I can run by quickly and he could sync my new cell phone app to the Nissan system. Just had my first service for my brand new Versa - Glenn and the guys in the service department were awesome!! They changed the oil, found the screw in the tire that I did not see and put on a new tire for me, and gave my new car a good washing! I left feeling like I was their most valuable customer!
